Here is my last tip #3 on anxiety 😉 Thank you all for being so open and receiving of my videos. This is one more thing I like to do for my mental health. There’s different names for it: journaling, morning pages, etc. but I like to call it a “brain dump.” There is something absolutely freeing about getting all of your thoughts on paper - and then closing the cover and putting it away!
