HAPPY FRIDAY 🥳
Today would be challenge day 5. But for me it isn’t. I started this challenge as I thought that it would be a lot of fun and I loved the idea of connecting with other yogis. On the first 2 days I actually enjoyed it, but my excitement was gone by day 3-4. So I decided to stop it and not take part anymore. I don’t want to act as if I enjoy it, while I don’t really do. 🙈
It is okay if we start doing things and eventually find out that it’s not right for us. We don’t have to “finish” certain tasks in order to be worthy. Just a little reminder for you guys. 💗💗💗

We are starting off with our current favorite pose. It’s hard to narrow down a favorite pose, but I really enjoy doing Compass Pose - a pose of strength and flexibility.
