If you haven't contributed to your IRA this year, remember that we have until tax day (April 2022) to contribute to our 2021 IRAs. Many people think the deadline is the last day of the year but that's not true.
I truly believe that small steps taken consistently can dramatically change our lives over time.

⚠️ This is your reminder: your mental health comes first!! ⚠️
Challenge of the day: reflect on the quotes below

Someone asked me to share tips on manifestation- I am no expert and there’s loads of amazing accounts I recommend you follow (like @megan_rose_lane ) - I have learned that we have so much power within ourselves - yet we allow external factors to get in the way of growth, success, following dreams and achieving goals
Jase is v. spiritual, he gets it from his mum who is a spiritual healer and even though I’m not totally converted, I think it’s so true that so much of what we do is down to our manifestations. His mum has done lots of healing on me and even just the thought of someone dedicating their thoughts to your good health is special to me
At the start of 2020, on New Years Day, we sat in bed and wrote down our manifestations for the year. I’d never done it before but once I started writing I couldn’t stop. I manifested what I wanted for myself, my family, the world, my health, my job, my house situ… I wrote it all down and didn’t look at it again
At the end of the year I read back thru them and SO much of what I’d manifested happened. Not everything, but the act of reflecting on my goals and acknowledging I’d actually achieved many of them, was amazing
I like working in “chapters”, months, years. I like attributing periods of time to my goals and so, again, on New Years Day in 2021, I set myself fewer goals (the ones I hadn’t achieved in 2020) and just put my energy into it
First one was getting another job. I was in my comfort zone and needed a challenge. So I spoke to recruiters, refreshed my CV, met powerful women who inspired me and just told them what I wanted, I.e: “I want to work for you, here’s why you should hire me”. Sometimes we forget that just saying what we want out loud, to people who can make it happen, & it happened! I also changed my password to ‘newjob’ so I typed it every day - it worked and some of you have said it worked for you too ☺️
Next huge manifestation was my skin. In my mind, I will never, ever, have an eczema flare as bad as it was. I won’t let myself get to that stage & I can spot the warning signs. When my skin is bad, I practice self love & manifest good things
What have you manifested?? ⭐️⭐️
