These are honestly mind blowingly delicious! 🤩 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My family even prefer this to the original- and it’s great to make a huge batch and toss with a protein for a quick tasty dinner😍⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👈On the left we have 50g nacho corn chips, 35g cheese and 1/2 avocado mashed into guacamole ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👉On the right we have 200g sweet potato that I like to slice into coins, tossed with some Cajun spice/ chipotle spice. Sprayed with olive oil and then baked in the oven/ air fryer until cooked through and crispy! I then topped it off with 25g low fat cheese, and included 100g of crushed tomato salsa! . 🍠 4 ways to sweet potato! 🍠 Sweet potatoes are a great source of energy. They are packed with fiber, iron, calcium, and so many other great benefits 🤗 Vitamins C and E in sweet potatoes are shown to support eye health 👀 and not to mention promotes a healthy complexion 🧖🏽‍♀️ Being high in vitamin C and beta-carotene, sweet potatoes 🍠 can boost your immune system during these cold winter months 🥶 Read below for some delicious ways to make your sweet potatoes 🤤 1. Toast: Slice sweet potato into ~1/4 inch "toasts". Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes (flipping halfway through). Top with banana/peanut butter/cacao nibs and yogurt/raspberries/honey 2. Chips: Slice sweet potato as thin as you can, toss in avocado oil, sprinkle with salt & bake at 300 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour (watch towards the end and remove any smaller chips before they burn). Serve with guacamole or avocado mash 3. Fries: Cut large sweet potato into fries, toss in avocado oil, bake at 425 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Top with black beans, cheddar cheese, green onions, greek yogurt and avocado. 4. Noodles: Spiralize a large sweet potato, cook covered for ~5 minutes in large frying pan with steamed broccoli, diced red pepper, sliced red cabbage, cooked chicken (or tofu), sesame oil, coconut aminos, and garlic. I love tacos. Unfortunately I am disastrous at making them. 🌮 My girls love anything crunchy (just like me), but my husband says the crunch of tacos are too drastic. These were my best effort to date. My best solution for any meal is a store-bought whole grilled chicken. The possibilities are endless!🐥 My girls dont enjoy meat on bones, so I debone everything as soon as I can. I filled the tacos with chicken meat, topped it with mozzarella cheese and quickly baked it in the oven The girls added their own salad of choice.
