This will keep the blood flowing and give you the oomph you need to perk up mid-day and refocus until the end of the day.

Working out in the evening is a great way to relieve the stressors of your day and get you focused on tackling tomorrow with a clear head. Let me not forget it also aids in getting you some good sleep.
As you can see, there is no perfect time of day to work out because any time of day can work.
Exercise should be performed when it’s good for you and fits your life. It shouldn’t feel like a chore, it should feel as easy as brushing your teeth or making your coffee. The idea is to get movement daily and time isn’t as important as just doing it!
