Well, it’s official!
I’m thrilled to be working alongside @lbsherman at @shermansportandspine at his office in Dallas! I couldn’t have imagined a better fit and I can’t wait to help triathletes and endurance athletes stay healthy, recover from injuries, and perform at their best.
I can’t help but appreciate how things have come full circle. In 2017, I limped my way to the finish of Buffalo Springs 70.3 with a gnarly and chronic IT band injury. Now I can announce the beginning of my career as a Doctor of Chiropractic the same week that I finished Santa Cruz 70.3 with a massive 30 minute personal best (1.5 hours faster than Lubbock) and no signs of knee pain.
The journey isn’t always easy or straightforward, it took 3+ years of chiropractic school to figure out how to stay injury free 😅, but with enough persistence and patience you can get to your goals.
Google Sherman Sport and Spine and call the office to schedule an appointment!
