I do believe no performance this year has reflected where I am at as an athlete, but I know I'm in a better place mentally & physically than I've ever been, so YOLO I'm happy to learn from those races, put my head back down and progress towards my next one with the aim of executing on the day. Too many times in the past, I'd beat myself up mentally or take it out on my body in some way, when I should have just regrouped, let it go and moved towards the next chance to show the work I've been doing. I urge you all to know a "disappointing" training or race day is just that, it doesn't define you, it shouldn't negatively affect you long term, but it should motive you to learn how to come back better than before & solve the puzzle. As hey we've chosen triathlon so I guess you all enjoy the hard climb! 🤪 #triathlon#trihard

Lätt och tappa bort sig själv i denna ytliga bubbla. (Insta) Men på ett halvår har jag nytt jobb, nytt boende och äntligen blockat någon som fått mig må dålig under en längre tid. Gått från förlorat min trygghet till att vara 💔 till att vända allt. Nu är de fan dags för nya minnen. Tack å hej för mig snart fredag med 🥳
