Got some baby powder on my hands, not worried about grip though! Meet preps never go to plan get used to it ha! Adapt, stay calm, and execute on meet day I have no worries. Old Isaac would change factors and stress about this. Mature as a lifter, grow the total, get stronger, be a better person. 1.5 weeks out LFG! 😄

It’s ok I already knew. There are only so many things that could cause a weight loss “plateau” and if you are using food as your main intervention…it’s probably the fact you are eating too much.
Which honestly, isn’t an issue for me with the people I work with. I get it. Our current food environment is nuts and probably going to take quite a bit of legit cognitive oversight to make a dent in food management.
It’s part of the reason I prefer to get people’s steps up and make sure exercise is a staple before I really hammer the food leverage point with preciseness. I find a lot of time the movement and walking piece, when at a certain level, can really do a lot of the ground work so that when we do manipulate food we can eat WAY more and still lose weight.
That’s just me though, I think low calories is a joke.
Stubborn and tired during the last heavy session of meet prep. Didn’t join the 4-plate club, tonight. I decided to jump from 455 to 485 because I was afraid of being too tired to nail a heavy set with one more in-between jump…when anything above 460 would have been a PR🤦🏼♂️. Whatever, let’s just recover and kill it at the meet💪🏻🤣
