Chocolate dipped strawberry rose with chocolate mint leaves, homemade whipped cream, and chopped strawberries.
Chocolate was brushed onto cleaned mint leaves and placed in the freezer. Mint leaf was gently pulled off of the frozen chocolate mint leaf. (The mint's veins were imprinted onto the chocolate, as well as its oils.) A strawberry was cut into a rose with its base dipped into chocolate. More strawberries were chopped and placed into a teacup. Heavy cream and 25g of sugar was whipped into a whip cream and covered the strawberries below. The strawberry rose and chocolate mint leaves were fixed on top.
This dessert was made for my mom when she wanted something sweet, but didn't want something super unhealthy. This was what I came up with.
