Yes, yes, I know this may sound redundant & obvious but many of these simple steps get missed ALL the time and then we wonder what went wrong on our long run 🤦♀️🤣. As humans we all need lots and lots of reminders and repetition to get things right and that’s ok. Speaking of- I think I nailed everything on my checklist and yesterday’s long run was dreamy and just what I needed. I7.17 miles at 8:46 pace for my momma and for marathon training .
