We said we were gonna grow 🤷♂️
Update: Strength is going up
Not gonna lie my abs kinda came back but my weight is staying the same at 203-204
But on the real note I’ve been pushing my body to the extreme in the workouts I have had and it’s showing, we’re gonna force this body to grow 😤
Also @embracethejourneyfam is growing and there are some serious transformations being posted 💪🏼

I believe prep is about lessons! Especially as a coach myself. I love learning, I love seeing how even the smallest of changes can impact the look. Gather as much feedback as possible and use it next time around
Here is my all time favourite look! No filters, no fancy angles! DRY, full and tight! I still remember the message @calum_themusclementors sent back after seeing this. Motivates the fuck out me still
2022… show has been set! We are nearly clear of the post show fuckery and it’ll be soon time to turn the heat up and make this one hell of an off season. I want this off season to be a “wtf” kinda off season when we hit the stage again!
More than excited to announce that I will be coaching with @teamprophysique ❤️
Thank you @paulrevelia and @mrsrev80 for the opportunity to help make an impact on this industry.
It already feels like family here and I’m excited for what’s to come! 🤗

💀 off season by jack ketchum 💀
my rating: 🩸🩸🩸
SWIPE FOR PLOT
WARNING: This book contains disturbing content (cannibalism, extreme violence)! Do not read if you have a weak stomach - seriously. Anyway, I love the horror genre and I felt Jack Ketchum’s first novel would be an appropriate spooky September book. This was a quick read and felt slightly underdeveloped. I wanted a little more backstory for some of the characters and how they came to be who/what they are. Nevertheless, it was certainly an interesting albeit terrifying read. Jack Ketchum certainly knows how to make your jaw drop in disbelief (“did I really just READ that?!”) 🧟♀️
