🍎Sezóna jabĺk je tu, takže rýchly recept na tieto jednoduché muffiny v jednej miske. Odporúčam silikónové formičky na tento recept. Viac v postupe.😊🧁 💛Potrebuješ: 110g hladkej špaldovej múky 50g jemných vločiek 1PL otrúb 1PL vanilkového pudingu (prášok) 30g kokosového cukru / iné sladidlo 1KL škorica 1 celý prášok do pečiva 2 vajcia 1 veľké nastrúhané jablko 2PL gréckeho jogurtu 2PL jablkovej presnidávky 60ml mlieka 💛Postup: Jablko si ošúpeme, nastrúhame a zbavíme šťavy. Najskor si zmiešame sypké suroviny a potom ostatné. Všetko robíme v jednej miske, takže žiaden zbytočný neporiadok.😁 Odporúčam využiť silikónové formičky a trošku ich vymazať kokosovým olejom, ja som dala papierové a cesto sa mi trochu prilepilo po stranách, neviem prečo som aj ja nevyužila silikónové.🤔😁 Na spodok formičky dáme 1PL kopcom cesta, na to dáme kúsok väčšej čokolády alebo 1KL Nutelly a zalejeme ďalšou lyžicou cesta. Dáme tak do 3/4 formičky. Pečieme cca 20-25min na 180 stupňov. Sledujeme zlatistú farbu. 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬; . 🔸120ml de claras 🔸30gr de harina o copos de avena 🔸1 Manzana pequeña 🔸Fresas. 🔸Ralladura de un limón 🔸1cucharaditq de levadura en polvo. 🔸Canela en Polvo(soy amante de ella pero solo eché un poquito para que no pudiera con el sabor de la manzana y limón. . 👩🏼‍🍳 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢ó𝐧; 1️⃣Mezcla en un recipiente todos los ingredientes juntos.( si has utilizado avena en copos ,trituramos ) 2️⃣Ralla la manzana y añádela a la mezcla. ( es mucho mejor rallarla de verdad esta increíble!!!) 3️⃣Yo utilice un molde de muffins 🧁(recomiendo de silicona porque no se pega nada y son súper fáciles de desmoldar)pon una rodaja de fresa 🍓 encima y 20’ en el horno a 180° y LISTO!!! . Beetroot Blueberries Oats Muffins So guys, these are one of the healthiest muffins I’ve ever had! I have started adding veggies to everything possible at the moment because my otherwise veggie loving kid has now decided that they are yuck yuck!🙄 These muffins are amalgamation of superfoods and they taste amazing! Little tartness from blueberries beautifully compliment the earthy flavor of beetroot. Needless to say, a hit with the kid and us as well🤭 Shot this picture on a grey background instead of white which would have been my instinctive choice. I feel this bichromatic frame helped the color of muffins pop out better. What do you think? Anyway listing the ingredients down! Muffins de abóbora e aveia Andava eu com uma abóbora en casa à semanas sem decidir o que fazer com ela. Depois de alguma pesquisa experimentei estes muffins de abóbora e aveia, além de saudáveis são deliciosos! 🔪2 ovos 🔪1 chávena de puré de abóbora 🔪1 colher de chá de aroma de baunilha 🔪2 colheres de sopa de mel 🔪2/3 de chávena de leite 🔪2 colheres de sopa de óleo de coco 🔪2 chávenas e meia de flocos de aveia 🔪1/2 chávena de farinha de trigo integral 🔪1 colher de chá de fermento 🔪1/2 chávena de muesli com chocolate 🔪2 colheres de sopa de sementes de abóbora Pré aqueci o forno a 180°C. Numa taça juntei os ovos, o puré de abóbora, o aroma de baunilha, o mel e o leite. Noutra taça a aveia, a farinha de trigo, o fermento, o mueli com chocolate e as sementes de abóbora. Juntei os preparados, derreti o óleo de coco e misturei tudo. Em formas de queques coloquei a massa até encher a forma (previamente untada). Levei ao forno, 15 minutos, a 180°C. 🔪Em robot de cozinha, tipo bimby🔪 Para fazer o puré de abobora colocar 1lt de água no copo, a abóbora cortada na varoma e programar 20min, temp varoma, vel 1. Nopo copo limpo juntar a aveia, a farinha, o fermento, o muesli e as sementes de abóbora. 30seg, vel. colher inversa. Retirar e reservar. No copo juntar os ovos, o puré de abóbora, o aroma de baunilha, o mel e o leite. Vel. 5, 30seg. Juntar o preparado anterior, vel. colher inversa, 45seg. Derretrer o óleo de coco no microondas, juntar e programar vel. colher inversa, 1min e 30seg. Em formas de queques coloquei a massa até encher a forma (previamente untada). Luckily I am home today , due to the cyclone & as I had no plans to stay earlier , didn't get the grocery to cook something chatpatta. But then , as you all know , my afternoon tea always has some home baked bakery items , so baked some delicious & warm double chocolate whole wheat oats muffins. Its definitely better than fried food & the room is smelling devine with the cinnamon & nutmeg in the muffins.And the bonus is I could store them for atleast a week. VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE & SUGAR-FREE BLUEBERRY MUFFINS Back form my small relaxing vacation and I already started spending extra hours experimenting in my kitchen. I made vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free blueberries oats muffins which are full of flavour and goodness of chia seeds! Jau pavisam drīz! 🎄 ZIEMASSVĒTKU KĒKSIŅI 12 lieli vai 18 mazi kēksiņi SASTĀVDAĻAS * 200 g pilngraudu auzu pārslas * 500 ml kefīrs * 250 g kviešu milti * 150 g tumši brūnais cukurs * 1 tējk. soda * 2 tējk. cepamais pulveris * 220 g sviests * 2 tējk. malts kanēlis * 1/2 tējk. malts muskatrieksts * 2 lielas olas * miziņa no apelsīna * 160 g rozīnes vai žāvētu auglu mix PAGATAVOŠANA 1. Auzu pārslas sajauc kopā ar kefīru. Ļauj ievilkties vismaz pusstundu. 2. Lielā bļodā sajauc kopā visas sausās sastāvdaļas izņemot cukuru. 3. Auzu pārslu un kefīra masai pievieno viegli sakultas olas, cukuru, apelsīna miziņu un izkausētu sviestu. Visu kārtīgi samaisa. 4. Samaisa kopā visas sastāvdaļas. Iemaisa rozīnes vai žāvētus augļus. 5. Masu pilda 12 lielajos vai 18 mazajos kēksiņu papīriņos. Cep iepriekš sakarsētā cepeškrāsnī 200 °C 25 minūtes mazos kēksiņus, 35 minūtes lielos kēksiņus.
