☑︎BREAKFAST Thicccc mocha oats🍫☕️ ▨Mocha strawberry oats INGREDIENTS: 30g rolled oats 15g @myvegan chocolate soy protein powder 3g chia seeds 5g cocoa powder 1tsp instant coffee 1/2 mashed banana cinnamon 90ml water 90ml unsweetened almond milk ‍ TOPPINGS: 1/2 banana, frozen strawberries, soy yogurt, chocolate granola, cinnamon, @eschocolate espresso beans chocolate and @livias chocolate hazelnut butter ‍ DIRECTION: 1. Mix all the ingredients except banana in a bowl and microwave 2minutes at 600W. 2. Then add 1/2 mashed banana. Mix well and microwave another 1-2minutes. 3. Oats. 🍎 not the best looking I must say, but was 🤌🏼 🥣Recipe🥣 - 1/2 mashed banana - 40g @myprotein vanilla instant oats/oat flour - 1/2tsp baking powder - @myproteinuk toffee flav drops - 15g @myvegan salted caramel soy isolate - 1 apple (diced) - 80-90ml liquid - Cream cheese filling: 30g @philadelphia_uki cream cheese, vanilla flav drops, lemon juice 1. Preheat the oven at 180C. 2. Mix the oat flour, mashed banana protein powder, baking powder, diced apples and flav drops in a bowl with liquid of choice. 3. Pour three quarters of the batter in a bowl . Put your cream cheese mixture in the middle. Top it off with the rest of the batter. 5. SPICE UP YOUR OATS 🥄 Maar echt mensen! En nee niet die spice 🌶 maar lekkere kruiden die je niet zo één, twee, drie in je ontbijtbakje zou mikken. Ik raakte door @zonderzooi geïnspireerd door ayurveda en het gebruik van veel kruiden in gerechten. Ik probeerde het op haar aanraden in mijn havermout en het was echt heerlijk! Ik ben ook benieuwd: wat zijn jullie go-to kruiden in havermout? Wat heb je nodig? 🌱 ⅓ tl curcuma 🌱 ⅓ tl gemalen steranijs 🌱 ⅓ tl kaneel 🌱 snufje nootmuskaat 🌱 40 g havermout 🌱 200 ml water of plantaardige melk 🌱 1 el gebroken lijnzaad 🌱 2 gedroogde abrikozen (fijngesneden) 🌱 2 dadels (fijngesneden) 🌱 snufje zout 🌱 lievelingstoppings Verwarm de havermout gemengd met lijnzaad in een pannetje met water/melk. Voeg de kruiden toe en de gedroogde vruchten en breng langzaam aan de kook tot de gewenste structuur. Voeg tot slot een snufje zout toe en top af met je favoriete toppings. Some delicious oats 💗💗 I missed oats!! So much haha It felt good to eat oats again:) ✨✨ I just poured some turmeric and some cacao to the oats and I added some cut bananas and also almond milk while boiling in the pot 💗 On top, i added cinnamon and also flaxseed, some almond nuts and as well as some fruits like apples and blackberries 😍😍 so good ! You can get so creative with oats and really decorate it with what you have on hand 💗 *** Remember, my love, that life is about the journey, never the destination. It’s about the manifesting, not the manifested necessarily. It’s about accepting and being in peace with yourself, with your present and with the process. Not regret anything that happened, because everything is perfect just the way it is. You don’t need to change anything or to always strive for the best. My favorite brownie mix 🍫🌱 Recipe: @yoursuperfoods - 4 tsp chocolate lover mix - 4 tsp magic mushroom mix - 1 cup pitted dates - 1 sweet potato cooked, peeled - 1 cup ground almonds - 1 cup oats - 1/3 cup coconut oil melted - 1/2 cup maple syrup - 1/3 cup plant based milk - 1 tsp baking powder - Pinch of salt - 1 cup chocolate chips Directions Soak the dates until they are soft about 15 minutes. Meanwhile Preheat the oven to 350, and line baking sheet or glass pan with parchment paper. Drain the dates and transfer to high speed blender. Add remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips) and blend until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips if using Pour batter into pan and spread out evenly with spatula. Bake 45 min or until firm. let cool before serving.
