TIPS FÖR TRICEPS 🐴👟 🔺 Triceps består av tre huvud/muskelbukar - medialis, lateralis och longus. Det betyder att du måste träffa dem via olika rörelsemönster. Önskar du en fullt utvecklad triceps behöver du köra olika extensioner framför kroppen, extensioner bakom/ovan huvudhöjd samt olika pressar. 🔻 Triceps jobbar under all form av pressar.. och i vissa drag moment också, så som hantel pullovers, rep pullovers eller horisontalt abduktion (när man tränar baksida axlar). Det betyder att du måste vara medveten och smart i din planering av direkt triceps träning. Försiktig så att den inte blir övertränad pga för lite vila/återhämtning. 🔺 Dom tre huvuden har olika ursprung. Däremot har dem alla samma infästning. Vid oleacron (armbågen typ) via en sammanslagning av huvuden till en stark och bred sena. Med det sagt, den är känslig och kan lätt överbelastas. Tendinit - inflammation av sena - är den största fienden till stora triceps.. och bröst.. och axlar.. ja, ni fattar 😅 🔻 Att stretcha triceps under belastnings (kontrollerat) har visat sig vara extra effektiv för muskeltillväxt. Att träna muskeln i maximalt ROM (range of motion) kan också bevara och skydda senan från överbelastning. Därför brukar jag rekommenderar att träna triceps i det lite högre reps intervall. Högre reps + full rörelse mönster med extra fokus på stretch partiet kommer att begränsa belastningen du kan hantera. 🥬 Know what’s HEALTHIER than Kale❓ Having a GOOD RELATIONSHIP with FOOD. Going into this recent training cycle I THOUGHT I had my nutrition all figured out. That is until I realized I totally DON’T! What supplements do I take and why? 🤔 Vegan Protein - This isn’t an essential supplement but it can make the task of hitting your recommended protein intake a lot easier. 1 scoop has 21g of protein. I use vegan protein because I found taking whey protein resulted in digestion issues and general discomfort and so if you’re having any issues then switching may fix it. Egg White Powder - Similar to Vegan Protein this is a quick scoop that contains 23g of protein. It tastes not the best. I consume 215g of protein a day so scoops help me hit that number, I have 2 scoops of the vegan protein a day so I basically have this for some variety. Creatine - This is ESSENTIAL, It’s one of the most tried and tested supplements in the game and is proven to enhance performance. I noticed a difference after a week of using it, it’s also incredibly good value for money and lasts ages. Multivitamin - This is also ESSENTIAL. A multivitamin will provide the majority of the nutrients/vitamins your body needs for general health and function. Calcium & Magnesium - I take this for 2 reasons. Firstly I don’t get much calcium from food as dairy doesn’t agree with me. Secondly magnesium has a number of benefits such as aiding muscle and nerve function which helps to optimise training. Potassium - I take this because it’s difficult to get the recommended intake from just food and even a multivitamin tends to not provide 100%. Potassium has a number of benefits such as helping your nerves to function and muscles to contract. BCAA - The 1st of 2 new supplements I’ve just started using and will be taking during the workout (intraworkout) so I’ll provide an update down the line. BCAA’s MAY help slow down the rate of muscle fatigue during a workout and if it does make a marginal difference then it’s worth it for me. Cyclic-Dextrin - The 2nd of the 2. This supplement is a fast absorbing carb source that MAY help improve performance when taken during the workout. FUTURE YOU - Muscle & Fitness STOP !! Everything you have done to this point has gotten you to the position you are today. Step 1 = Understand that to lose the weight and more importantly keep the weight off over the long term it will be a slow process YOU WILL NO ACHIEVE YOUR DREAM BODY OVERNIGHT. Sep 2 = Set a long term goal, for example if your birthday is more than 6 months away make that date a goal to be a certain weight / shape. My favourite goal is to find a piece of clothing that may be a little tight and work towards looking / feeling good in that piece of clothing. Step 3 = Set short term goals, weekly goals which will help towards your long term goal. Example, we all have that one weakness, food, drink, lazy habit. It could be drinking soft drink, eating ice cream, spending too much time gaming etc etc Reduce or eliminate that habit Step 4 = track your results, take photos & measure you progress. Such as weighing yourself regularly Step 5 = move more, this doesn't always mean joining a gym, just move more, gardening, walking, cleaning the house etc etc Step 6 = surround yourself with positive people, preferably people with similar goals / distance yourself from negativity Step 7 = Don't be so hard on yourself Understand that nobody is perfect and it's a long term goal. Not a race. Step 8 = Drink plenty of water, our bodies are predominantly made of water and many functions of our bodies require water to run effectively. Step 9 = Try to reduce stress and improve your quiility of sleep. Step 10 = continue to follow my page, it's free!!!
