Add vodka and coffee liqueur into a mixing glass over ice and stir until well chilled//strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice//top with dalgona coffee*//stir to combine//garnish//Enjoy🤤
*equal parts instant coffee powder, sugar and hot water whipped until it becomes creamy
Delicious coffee cream, frothy layer on top of classy and decadent black russian, it's perfect dessert after dinner on this chilly fall weather.🍂

Well, they try. Glyph is a curious spirit attempting to approximate whiskey taste by analysing its molecular structure and recreating it as close as possible with molecules sourced from plants and yeasts.
To be perfectly honest, I am not that kind of doctor and I have no idea if this can work. But you know what? I tasted it before learning about all that! Since it was located with all the other US whiskey I naturally assumed it just was whiskey...
In the mouth I actually had young whiskey aromas; little cask influence (yes, I know NOW 😅), somewhat alcoholic, but still young whiskey. Fresh fruit, light floral notes... if anything the sweetness was a little too much on the candy side.
It is a most exiting experience even if you will not mistake it for traditional whiskey. But seeing how the whiskey world is developing, the flavour profile of the Glyph is not too wild. If you like exotic whiskey you may give it a try. We did @barconventber ☺️
