Recently I’ve not been well, I’m not entirely sure what’s wrong with me but I’ve basically been stuck in bed most of the time worrying and with no energy, this has effected me mentally as well because I haven’t been able to go gym and haven’t been able to stay busy and work on my YouTube or podcast that I have big plans for! So I’ve had to put some things on hold! What I make sure to do is to post motivational content and help how I can with mental health advice because I can do this from my bed.
Luckily I love autumn and sweat wear / chilled out fits like this so I’m still able to stay looking fresh 😉.
