I was really anticipating the visit to @lilianewyork during the weeks leading up to the annual “September Summer Send Off Tour”. I visualized the experience, I lived the experience, and I was just ready for it overall. At first, I thought it was all gonna turn sideways, but then, the pastas hit the table. This sheep’s milk filled agnolotti with saffron, dried tomatoes, and honey really set the tone, and there was no looking back after that 👀 🚀

You HERD it here first (maybe): there’s a new Middle Eastern steakhouse in town and it is fire 🐮🔥 @theblackcowcamden (part of the new food hall within @hawley_wharf_camden ) are serving up some massive flavours to say the least 💯 I wouldn’t expect anything less from ex The Palomar and The Barbary chefs. Dishes not to miss (from the ones I tried; and I’ll be back to try more): any of the steaks served with burnt herb oil and flaming herbs; cauliflower cheese with dukkah; pulled steak with cheese and soft egg within brick pastry; cornbread with lamb butter 🤤🤤🤤 Go!
