Just putting this out there for anyone who needs to hear it. Making Skinny Chicken Salad for meal prep is ALWAYS a good idea! I love to put it on bread, in a wrap, on crackers or celery. So good for lunches or even snack time! Naturally sweetened and using whole grains … hello healthier brownies 🙏🏼 Serves 9 Vegan │ Refined Sugar Free │ Hidden Veggies INGREDIENTS › 1 Cup Sweet Potato Purée › ⅔ Cup Agave or Maple Syrup › ½ Cup Peanut Butter › 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract › 1 ½ Tbsp Coconut Oil › ½ Cup Cocoa Powder › ¼ tsp Salt › 1 tsp Baking Powder › ⅔ Cup Oat Flour › ⅓ Cup Vegan Choc Chips METHOD 1. For the sweet potato purée; halve 1 sweet potato and place onto a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake at 190⁰C for 25-30 minutes or until tender. Cover in foil. Allow to cool down to room temperature. Mash. 2. To a large bowl, add all the wet ingredients. Lightly mix to combine. Add dry ingredients. Mix until you reach a scoop-able batter. Transfer batter to the lined baking tray. Smooth over. Bake at 175⁰C for 28-32 minutes at or until crispy and moist in the centre. Remove from the oven, allow to come to room temperature before slicing. Enjoy!

Fresh Lemony Shrimp + Avocado + Tomato Salad 🥑🌱🍋 = True Love ❤😍💘 🌱Following us For  More Healty Keto Recipes ⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇ @keto_meal.plan makes about 3-4 servings Ingredients: 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 Tbsps olive or avocado oil, divided (I use avocado oil for cooking, and olive oil as the drizzle/dressing) 1-2 fresh garlic cloves, minced or pressed 2 large avocados, diced 8 oz. mixed cherry tomatoes, cut in half 1 green chili, seeded & sliced a good handful of fresh cilantro or flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped 1 large fresh lemon, both juice and zest of sea salt and fresh ground black pepper Instructions: Heat one tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, and minced garlic, then cook for 3-4 minutes, or just until shrimp turns pink and is no longer translucent. Season shrimp with sea salt and pepper to taste, remove from heat. In a large bowl add cooked shrimp, chopped tomatoes, diced avocado, sliced chili, and chopped cilantro leaves. Drizzle with remaining 1 Tablespoon of oil and squeeze in your fresh lemon juice, add zest, then very gently toss to combine everything together. Adjust seasonings to your taste and enjoy! I prefer this salad eaten within a few hours of preparing, but it stays good in the fridge for a day or two. . . Dnes tu mám pro vás další podzimní receptík: 🍂 CUKETOVÉ PERNÍK 🍂 Potřebujeme: 🍂 cca 500g nastrouhané cukety 🍂 1 hrnek špaldové mouky 🍂 1 hrnek špaldové celozrnné mouky 🍂 2 lžíce holandského kakaa 🍂 skořice 🍂 PDP do perníku 🍂 2 vejce 🍂 cca 1 hrnek mléka (podle konzistence) 🍂 půl hrnku bílého jogurtu 🍂 sladidlo: čekankový sirup 🍂 protein 30g 🍂 pár vlašských ořechu a na ozdobu jsem dala na vrch perníku arašídové máslo a trochu lyo malin 🤤 Postup: všechny ingredience smícháme dohromady a přidáme k nim nastrouhanou cuketu ( doporučuji z ní vymačkat přebytečnou vodu). Perník dáme péct do trouby cca na 20 min. Poté už jen ozdobíme.
