What were you doing? What has changed? What’s stayed the same? Where have you grown?
How has this last year challenged you? How have you overcome it?
Sometimes I’ll get so ahead of myself and focused on my goals/future that I forget about what I have already been through, what I’ve overcome, and how I’ve leveled up.
So I’m giving you this reminder (because quite honestly, this is what I needed to hear this week)- instead of being consumed by the big picture, start living for the small steps and progress. How can you make the tiniest change today to get you closer to your goal? How can you appreciate this moment?
