One of the dishes we enjoy at @PalmBeachSG is this King Prawn Soup, where you get a tiger prawn with vermicelli in a milky and slightly tangy superior chicken stock.
It reminds us of a luscious prawn noodle dish, available in individual portions!

Our first time to @HoshinoCoffeeSG Jewel outlet and we really like the ambience.
Try to get the table beside the waterfall if you can, and the flavours remind us of Japan from the eggs to the hash brown. A great casual spot to laze an afternoon away in Jewel, and the tip is to order one coffee first and the subsequent cup is at 50% off!

On Fridays, we eat breakfast. Now I’m not normally a breakfast person, I rarely want to eat in the morning. Breakfast for me is a bit of an occasion, reserved for weekends, birthdays, Christmas. Brunch is different, it’s later in the day, I can get behind brunch on any day.
So what’s special about today you might ask? Absolutely nothing apart from the fact I was hungry. The man of the house departed at the crack of dawn and won’t be back until tomorrow, the kiddo and I have had a lazy morning just pottering about, and I fancied some food.
I had one lonely @clarence_court left, and the remnants of a jalapeño and three cheese bloomer and so breakfast was born.
I don’t like a “runny” runny egg, I prefer it a little jammy but still a bit dippy and so my lovely Clarence was boiled for 4.5 mins on a high heat. Bread toasted and smothered in salty butter.
I had assistance with the eating of this breakfast of course. My little prince had a whale of a time dipping away, whilst also eating his own breakfast of yoghurt, berries and grapes.
Here’s to fridays, here’s to leisurely breakfasts and here’s to the weekend! ✌️
