Happy Saturday friends. I know I’ve been a little less present lately. With the start of school, life has been busy busy.
But…I am still getting in “my time.” The 45 minutes I give myself everyday is my treat to me and myself. It gives me time to focus on my health and well-being, as well as, sweat out any of the negative energy of the day.
In today’s workout, Amoila (Beachbody trainer) shared the importance of consistency and creating a lifestyle, not just the “before and after” photos. It brought me back to when I started, almost 7 years ago. I wanted a better body yes…but the lifestyle I have created in the process. Priceless.
Getting started is easy. Sticking with it, being consistent and trusting the process…that’s where the work is. You can do it!!
