Do you feel pressured by me? I never post anything to make others feel bad about themselves. And I’m sorry if anything I have ever posted has made you feel bad about yourself. To be honest, the pictures I post often gets comments - both good and bad. There is always someone who thinks I’m too skinny, to big, to muscular, not muscular enough. That I’m working out too much, or not working out enough. That I eat «very special food», and too much of it - or too little. Or that I should stop treating myself with a snack once in a while. The DM’s I get is a bit of everything, from people who’s cheering for me and who got my back - to people telling me everything I do wrong and how shitty they think I look. But I don’t care. I do what I do for me, because I love what I do and it makes me feel good. We look different from season to season. Onseason is one thing, offseason is another. Different goals, different diets, different workouts - and different fatpercentages. And if you are wondering, this is a throwback. No matter what you do, what you say, what you mean, what you post - people will always have opinions about it. You just have to trust yourself, trust the prosess and be proud of what you have accomplished. I got your back, keep going🖤

Went from 77,5kg to what you see here within 3 weeks. with limited to no strength loss! Not going to go into the details of how. I’ll let him explain it. But there are no tricks and no gimmicks. Efter närmare 1 år uppehåll från "seriös" träning så har jag nu kommit tillbaka på allvar, är inne i vecka 6 och sett en stabil viktökning från cirka 92 till 100kg under samma tidsperiod, såklart är delar av det vatten och glykogen. Men styrkan börjar även infinna sig igen. Inga monstervikter men 3x3 på 220 i beltless mark idag kändes OK. Nu får vi se hur det känns kommande veckorna, men jag tar det som det kommer. Håller nere på maten och försöker hålla fettprocenten nere. Känns allt bra kanske jag kastar in en mindre deff i Februari, och smyger upp formen mot nästa säsong. Då kan man ligga nära tävlingsvikt, och om det blir något så kan jag kliva på ett seriöst upplägg 8-10 veckor innan och få dom där sista kilona för att bli riktigt stark på plats.
