Para isso, mantenha uma alimentação saudável com baixo consumo de sódio, evite o sobrepeso, faça atividades físicas regulares, não fume e não beba em excesso. E caso perceba algum dos sinais de AVC, vá imediatamente para a emergência hospitalar da sua cidade ou chame os serviços de emergência, como o SAMU. 𝗪𝐡𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠?⁣ ⁣ It’s because 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐗𝐓 matters. ⁣ ⁣ How you ask a question and the scenario you present will probably offer different answers.⁣ ⁣ It doesn’t mean one or right or one is wrong, it highly depends on many factors:⁣ ⁣ 1.) The person (age and gender).⁣ 2.) Training experience.⁣ 3.) Dieting history.⁣ 4.) Goals (fat loss, muscle gain, reverse diet, prep).⁣ 5.) Physique goals or performance goals.⁣ 6.) General health or specific objective.⁣ 7.) Accessibility of equipment.⁣ 8.) Hypertrophy or maximal strength.⁣ 9.) A professional athlete or recreational exerciser.⁣ 10.) Time frame to accomplish the goal.⁣ ⁣ This isn’t even half the things I take into consideration with new clients or when someone asks me a question. Often times on my stories when I do Q and A’s, I’m very honest and say I can’t answer the specific question because it’s too vague and I don’t have enough information. That’s not a copout answer, it’s being responsible and not giving you the wrong answer.⁣ ⁣ There’s a lot of things to consider when guiding people on their nutrition and training journey. It’s a responsibility I take very seriously. 🗣 hallo #humpday 😏 --------------------------- ... der Durchhänger geht weiter🤷‍♂️ nach dem Termin am Morgen dies und jenem, als auch einem kurzen Nickerchen zum Lunch hab ich mich dann doch von der #Motivation packen lassen und versucht den inneren 🐷🐕 zu überwinden und #10km für den guten Zweck zu erlaufen. was soll ich sagen... hat nicht so recht funktioniert. auch nicht die kurze Pause mit der herrlichen Aussicht ins Naturschutzgebiet mit dem leider erneut grauem Himmel (ist ja schon in der Story)😏 das Jahr ist noch jung, ich bin gut gestartet und jetzt solls das schon gewesen sein? Ich glaube ich lasse mich in den nä.
