7 years ago my world changed forever; when my sister, best friend, and protector, tragically passed away aged 26 from a heart attack.
She was a PT, football lover and general lover of life that you would never think would suffer such a fate.
We planned to run the London marathon together- but sadly never got the chance.
Then 3 years ago just two weeks after this photo was taken my Mum suffered a fatal heart attack following chemotherapy.
Neither would of been thought to be at risk of heart failure which just goes to show how important Research is.
I am beyond thrilled to get the chance to run in your memory again this year and to help the amazing @the_bhf carry on the work they do to help families like mine and prevent others from finding themselves in the same position.
So please go to the link below and donate any spare pennies you can or share the link far and wide.
Just imagine if each of my followers were to donate £2 each, the good they could do.
