Before you all jump to my defence (I know, this crap makes you angry) I know i don’t need to lose weight, I know being skinny isn’t even a goal of mine and most importantly I know this guy would definitely be scared of me and I could make him cry in person. So I don’t care about this comment. This post is not about the losers who say stuff like this. We don’t waste our time and energy on this kind of crap. No. This post is for the hundreds of women who over the years have shared their weight related insecurities with me and more recently have been getting public comments on their posts about how they look and what they weigh. This post is to show you, that it really does not matter what you look like or what you weigh, people will give you crap regardless. I’ve had comments about being overweight when I genuinely was overweight, when I was ill and severely underweight and now, when i’m perfectly strong and healthy. Unfortunately, if you put yourself out there publicly on these kinds of platforms, you will get hate. Not because it’s fact or because you did anything wrong.. because people can be horrible and only have one way of making themselves feel better.. by trying to belittle others. The best thing we can do is learn to love ourselves, as we are, or as we’re progressing, or maintaining, losing or gaining. Whatever you’re doing right now, accept it. If it’s not what you want for yourself, make healthy changes and change directions. For yourself. Not for random Instagram losers. Because they will always find a way to pick at your insecurities. Don’t let them. Ps. It was an anonymous account yes, but I just know deep in my bones it was a man. • • • • • • #bestrong #bebrave #beyourself #bodypositivity #bodypositive #bodygoals #weightloss #training #gymgoals #gymwear #boandtee #iseered #redhead #strongwomen #weighttraining #strongnotskinny #inkedgirls #inkedcovergirl #tattooedwomen #strongertogether #gymset #bicepday

🖤📷 Just an FYI-my daughter bought this T-shirt for me. She apparently thinks I’m still a babe. But the fact is I was hesitant to post this shot with Babe on the front of the T-shirt, because you know we women don’t want to come of as vain or arrogant now do we!! That said we exhort women to love themselves but when they do they get judged- sadly, especially by other women. Well I’m not buying into that nonsense. I love supporting/encouraging women and hope/ but don’t always expect the same back. And yes at #midlife I’m still a babe. I want to add that I have some classy, loyal male followers who I really value & appreciate. But lads this is something I’ve needed to say for a while. When a woman posts a picture in a swimsuit or a T-shirt that shows her legs it’s not an invite to make a salacious, vulgar comment or post an emoji of a licking tongue or an eggplant. It certainly doesn’t endear me to you, or to most women I would think. But maybe some women like it. Most don’t. Really! So to those men who take the time to be thoughtful and classy even if it’s just an ♥️ emoji I see you and I appreciate you. 🙏 #empoweredwomen #californiagirl #mystyle #fitness #agelessstyle #ageisjustanumber #malibu #naturalbeauty #legsfordays #over50 #selflove #bodypositivity #loveyourself #womensupportingwomen #ownit #sexyhasnoexpirationdate #over60

It’s me, waving my candid photo flag again 🙋🏼‍♀️ there’s so much I hate about this photo (namely the middle part) but it’s not about that. It’s about the memories this photo holds for a brilliant New Year’s Eve, an amazing night with my family and friends and the joy of getting my space buns right on my first attempt 🤣 Try to look behind the bits you hate ❤️ #midsizestyle #beyourself #beyou #happyandhealthy #runnersbody #strongnotskinny #girlgang #newyearseve #bodypositivity

Tag someone that needs to read this 👇🏼❤️ Come on, let’s be honest… you know deep down that it doesn’t positively “motivate” you. In reality, it grinds you down so low that you feel SO rubbish about yourself that you unhealthily FORCE yourself to exercise and diet etc. All because you feel so negatively about yourself…. your body image and self esteem is so ruined that you’re just totally driven by your obsessive desire to look different, and/or have a body like that “perfect” influencer, model or celebrity etc. What’s your motivation? What’s REALLY your driving force? If your being honest with yourself… Is it healthy?! Is it positive?! Is it coming from a good frame of mind, or a negative place of self hatred?! Listen, I HAVE BEEN THERE. I’ve been on this journey for 11 years now, there’s seriously not much I haven’t done/tried/experienced. I can completely relate, and empathise with these struggles! 💔 I SERIOUSLY want to help you to achieve your goals the RIGHT way (The HJ Way😜)… so please DM me, and let’s chat! My online programme for women is launching 1st Feb 2022, not only will you be provided with personalised nutrition and training, and live workouts etc… but you’ll also be coached by me, supported and empowered to not only create a healthier body, but a healthier mindset too! 💪🏼 🔥 WWW.THEHJWAY.COM 👈🏼 - #Quote #Quotes #QuoteOfTheDay #Instagram #InstaGood #PositiveQuotes #MotivationalQuotes #PositiveVibes #PositiveMindset #Mindset #MentalHealth #MentalHealthAwareness #EatingDisorderRecovery #EatingDisorder #WeightLoss #Fitness #FitFam #FitnessMotivation #WeightLossJourney #SlimmingWorld #Diet #Food #BodyTransformation #BodyGoals #Workout #BodyPositivity #BodyAcceptance #SelfLove #WomenEmpowerment #InspirationalQuotes
