Are you your harshest critic? I know I’ve been mine over the years but looking at this picture today made me smile to myself. It’s crazy what a solid regimented 6 weeks can do to your body.
If you’ve abused your body over the last 12-18 months in lockdown, you can’t expect to see crazy changes in the first two weeks. You MUST stick at it and persevere if you want to not only see change, but keep it!
