A smoooth double w/80 kg.
It’s no PR or anything, but lately I’ve been using lower weights to work on set up & technique, pausing & not lifting my butt so much off of the bench heh😅 I think it’s going pretty well so far, at least the feeling of the lifts are a looot better than it used to be. Also I really like these benches at the new gym because I can feel safe even withouth a spotter heheh😌.

🥳FIRST DAY BACK IN THE GYM🥳
You know me, of course I’m heading straight to the bench press🤩 The video is showing my top set: 85kg x 1, and it was waaay heavy😳😂
Also, I know I look kinda mad hahah. I was (of course) super happy to be back, just a little triggered - those of you that have watched my story know why😂😅😬😳
