♦️ Exercícios Educativos para as Extensões ♦️ Preparei uma sequência com 3 exercícios que vai ajudar vocês com as extensões. Atenção ‼️‼️ ➡️ A contração do bumbum é super importante durante esses exercícios! ✅ Vídeo 1: suba o tronco mantendo o braço bem esticadinho, faça força estendendo as pernas e segurando a bola com firmeza para evitar que as pernas abram. ✅ Vídeo 2: mantenha a perna esticada o mais alto possível enquanto dobra e estica os braços. Essa contração faz você criar consciência de como apertar o bumbum. ✅ Vídeo 3: agora é a hora da nossa extensão tentando levar os pés na direção da cabeça. Não esqueça de manter o bumbum bem contraído enquanto faz força dobrando a perna. Last night after meditation class, a student came to me and shared how she used to feel so scared to go to a meditation class, and even now she still feels nervous. We talked for a a while and she said now she gets why everyone has a smile on their face when they leave the studio. . My teacher always say when we do something new, we go through the emotions of fear -> courage -> ananda (bliss). It’s so natural for us to be fearful of things we don’t know. But then we work up the courage, with the support of our community and blessings from the divinity in the heart, we take the leap of faith - be it taking a meditation class or making a life changing decision. When we do, the joy of the soul comes out. . That’s how I feel about this tiger pose today ☺️ the resistance, courage and joyful feeling when I did. .
