面白い 和菓子を見つけました
“ 箱もなかのKIT “
箱を開けると 最中の生地で作った箱と蓋
羽二重餅と 粒あん2袋が入っています
最中の生地は パリッと芳ばしく
羽二重餅は もっちもち
餡子は 甘すぎず良い小豆の風味
作る楽しみと 食べる楽しみ
そして バニラアイスを足したり出来る
想像する楽しみ
気の利いた お土産になりそうです
誰に 持って行こうかな～
この和菓子は阪神百貨店
食祭テラスの催事で見つけたのですが
どんなお店か気になったので 伺って来ました
今回 お休みでしたが パンケーキなども提供するカフェもあり
お店の方も丁寧で とてもいい感じです
また 必ず行きたいと思っていますので

【 MIYAKO MOMONAKA / TOSHOAN 】
I found an interesting Japanese confectionery. It is a "Boxed Monaka KIT". When you open the box, you will find a box and a lid made of "monaka" dough, a "habutae" rice cake and two bags of sweetened grains.
The dough is crispy and aromatic, the Habutae-mochi is glutinous, and the red bean paste is not too sweet but has a nice azuki bean flavor.
It is fun to make, eat, and imagine how you can add vanilla ice cream to it. It would make a thoughtful souvenir. Who should I take it to?
I found this product at a Hanshin Department Store event, and I was curious to know what kind of store sold it, so I went to visit. The café was closed this time, but it is a full-fledged café that serves pancakes and other items. The staff is very nice and courteous. I will definitely visit again, so please look forward to further updates.
