This is a very unplanned post for one, im doing proper practice, this pose after 2 years MINIMUM and its not something to glorify!
Secondly.. this is an awareness post, if you’re reading this.
I have procrastinated things for so so long, it almost doesn’t make sense now.
Your mind is the most powerful thing you have, hone it before you lose control.
If you feel out of place, constantly upset or sad or angry or frustrated. If you feel like not moving from your bed to even get yourself water, if you feel emotionless, feel a lot of “why it is happening to me”, nothing in my life is right.. GET HELP!
Victimisation of yourself will only push you back more.
🤙T-A-L-K even if that makes you anxious. Its just in the beginning,I promise. If you can take a personal trainer at gym for getting fit, a dietician for nutrition, going to skin clinics for better skin or coloring/styling your hair..taking care of yourself externally. Dont think twice to talk to a psychologist who can counsel you. A psychiatrist if you feel really down and get some more clarity. Help is available, its cheaper than hair color.
Don’t wait or expect for others to see your pain and make a change in your life. Nobody can do that but YOU.
