These dreamy and full of flavor Tahini Brownies are ready in just 30 minutes. 😍 Ideal for your holiday parties this season. ✨ Find the full recipe below. Tahini Brownies 9-12 servings Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes Ingredients: Brownies: 1/2 cup Wild Harvest unsalted butter 1 cup granulated sugar 2 large Wild Harvest eggs 1/2 cup Wild Harvest tahini 1 teaspoon Wild Harvest vanilla extract 1/2 cup Wild Harvest all-purpose flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking powder ¾ cup chocolate chips Tahini Swirl: 1/4 cup Wild Harvest tahini 2 tablespoons Wild Harvest powdered sugar 2-3 tablespoons Wild Harvest milk or water Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl or over low heat in a saucepan. Allow it to cool slightly. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until combined. Add the eggs, tahini, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Fold the mixture until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. In a small bowl, mix together the tahini, powdered sugar, and milk or water until smooth. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Dollop the tahini swirl mixture over the top of the brownie batter. Use a knife or a skewer to create swirls by gently dragging it through the tahini and brownie batter. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is crackly and the edges are set but the center is still slightly soft. To check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the center of the brownies. It should come out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely before slicing.

This tasty seasonal classic Green Bean Casserole is made with a homemade mushroom sauce instead of canned soup yet, it's still ready in just over 30 minutes. Save this recipe below for turkey day! 😉🦃 Green Bean Casserole Serves: 6 Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 35 minutes Ingredients: Green Beans: 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed Salt for blanching water Mushroom Sauce: 1 tablespoon Wild Harvest Olive Oil 1 small yellow onion, finely diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 pound fresh mushrooms (button or cremini), sliced 2 tablespoons Wild Harvest All purpose Flour 1 1/2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth 1/2 cup Wild Harvest Organic Milk (or nondairy alternative) ¾ tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper A pinch of nutmeg (optional) 1 cup Wild Harvest fried onions for topping Directions: Preheat oven to 375˚F. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans and cook until just tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and immediately plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain again once the green beans are cooled off and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until onion is translucent. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until soft and their liquid has evaporated. Sprinkle the flour over the mushroom mixture and stir well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add the vegetable broth, stirring constantly. Bring to a simmer. Add the milk, and continue to simmer, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg. In a casserole dish, mix the green beans with the mushroom sauce. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly, then remove from oven, top with fried onions and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
