Quick Sautéed Garlic butter Chicken
Tender, juicy chicken breast in a garlic butter sauce with chicken essence from @brands_sg for extra flavour has become my new favourite.
This is an easy 15 mins stovetop recipe. As you see it's made in one skillet, so less messy and less clean-up 😋
Method:
🔸Cut the chicken breast in to small pieces and add salt to taste and 1tsp black pepper
🔸Add olive oil to the skillet and once it's hot add breast pieces one by one and cook for 3-4 mins on each side
🔸Once the chicken is cooked , remove it from the pan on a plate
🔸In the same pan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and butter and add 2 tbsp garlic paste. I used grated fresh garlic in this for extra flavour
🔸When the garlic is fragrant, add 3 tbsp of @brands_sg chicken essence
🔸Return the chicken to the pan and toss it in the garlic butter sauce and serve
(Can add chopped parsley before you serve)
This will go nice with rice or a bowl of fresh 🥗
Enjoy ☺️
