The brownies are made with 70% dark chocolate, then feathered with gently spiced Biscoff biscuit spread. “These brownies are a personal favourite,” says Edd. “They’re dense and fudgy, and the Biscoff spread has a similar texture that works really well. I cannot keep jars of the spread in the house – they present a very real danger!”

The Spice Collection: Moroccan Duck Bastilla by @sabrinaghayour 🇲🇦
“North African cuisine allows for big, bold spicing,” explains Sabrina. “In the bastilla, the richness of slow-cooked duck melds so well with sweetness and spices such as cinnamon, mace and nutmeg.”
To balance the bold, North African flavours, side dishes take their cues from fragrant Persian cooking: Cooling yoghurt, cucumber and fresh mint scattered with walnuts and rose petals, with fluffy flatbreads for dipping, and roasted aubergines with kashk and fried onions, garnished with labneh and crispy onions.
For dessert, carrot cake is given a Middle Eastern twist with pistachios and almonds and served with a rosewater cream.
