Happy transfer day sweet little miracle! Not many people get to know the exact day life began inside them. August 9th, 2021 we transferred our one and only precious embryo. Prayed, hoped, & prayed some more you would hold on little baby.. & you did!! Every time I look at your precious face I am overwhelmed by how lucky we are. IVF is far from a guarantee, & with all of our hopes riding on you.. I’m so glad you stayed. We get to love you, with all our hearts & for the rest of our lives, our precious miracle who finally stayed 💛

Happy 2nd Mother’s Day! I’m so proud of everything you’ve done for our baby Hazel for the first year of her life! Even before, all the things you had to do just to have a baby, through endo surgery, infertility, miscarriages, IVF, blood therapy, and then throwing up 10 times a day with Hyperemesis Gravidarum during pregnancy. And then C-section recovery, probably a hundred clogs breastfeeding, and her never taking a bottle so I could never help feed her until she starting eating solids.
And even still Co-sleeping AND Co-napping. And continuing to breastfeed now. I’m amazed that you’re able to do it all. Even if you sacrifice your own sleep and meals, you’d do anything for Hazel. I’m honestly surprised you’re still alive and sane 😂.
Also for you to do so much research into every aspect of her life to make sure she grows up strong and healthy. To the continued tough nights, your breastfeeding (and biting) journey, long days, and everything in between, I know you’d do anything for her.
Hazel is so lucky to have you as her mom and she has the best and happiest life a baby could have! And I’m so lucky to have you as my wife and the best mom to take care of my daughter.

Frosted is 5!!! ✨
Can you believe it?! 5 years ago I launched this little business of mine. I had doubts, fears, and felt the weight of my non traditional path after graduating college. I just felt this pull towards cookies. I loved baking, I loved art.. combine the two and frosted was born! I had nooo idea it would become our bread and butter for 3 years. I’m so proud of what we have all built (because it would be nothing without you all!). Frosted has taken a back seat to raising little Hazel & it has been tough to put my first “baby” on the back burner but I am still so proud of this space. This space allowed me to share my passions with you all, & in return you helped bring the best gift in the entire world into my arms! I’ll continue telling myself I’m going to be “more active” on social media this week.. & hopefully soon it will actually happen 🤣 cheers to 5 years!! ✨
