Do you consider all 3 areas when you make your food choices? . They don’t all play equal parts for every food choice. At times our mind and desire to satisfy a craving is the driver and other times maybe it’s our bodies and what will feel best. It ebbs and flows but considering them all provides a holistic approach to balances choices. 💕

A fabulous protein packed meal time addition! . The savory flavors of the beef are paired with the creamy goodness of feta cheese and tzatziki sauce (store bought or try our super easy homemade version!) to form the perfect combo. . Serve with your choice of rice, pita, and/or a side salad. This recipe is sure to become an instant fave! . 📲 Download the app for free to get more delicious recipes and to learn how to eat intuitively with no food rules- link in bio! . Here is how to make this recipe👇 . What you’ll need: 2 tbsp yellow onion, shredded or diced 1/2 lb ground beef 2 tsp garlic cloves, minced 1/4 tsp teaspoon sea salt 1/8 tsp freshly cracked black pepper 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp parsley 1/2 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp cinnamon ¼ cup feta ¼ cup tzatziki sauce 2 tbsp parsley, chopped . How to make it: Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Squeeze the diced onion in a sheet of paper towel to remove excess water. In a medium sized bowl combine the onion, beef, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, parsley, paprika, and cinnamon. Be sure to mix it up really well so it’s all uniform. Take your meat mixture and divide it into 8 equal logs. If you’d like you can place them onto kebab skewers however this recipe will work without them just fine. Place the meat on a preheated grill or grill top (add a bit of oil or spray with non-stick spray) and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes on all sides, until slightly charred and cooked through. This will take about 8-10 minutes in total. Remove your kofta bites from the grill and top them with feta cheese, tzatziki sauce and parsley. . Enjoy, friends!

Chicken parm.. but make it a TACO! . You can whip these together in 10 minutes, no lie! The perfect weeknight meal! . 📲 Download the app for free to get more delicious recipes and to learn how to eat intuitively with no food rules- link in bio! . Here is how to make this recipe👇 . What you’ll need: 1/4 cup onion, shredded 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp bread crumbs, panko works well! 1/2 lbs ground chicken 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese 2 tsp Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp salt 2 tortillas, ~8 inches, or 4 smaller ones 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 2 cups greens spinach & arugula or a mix of both works well 2/3 cup marinara sauce, warmed . How to make it: Combine shredded onion, garlic, bread crumbs, ground chicken, parmesan cheese, 2 tsp italian seasoning and salt into a medium sized bowl and mix well. Spread half of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla in one even layer, filling the entire tortilla. Press this onto it so it’s nice and firmly packed. Drizzle a bit of olive oil onto a hot skillet, pan or griddle or use non-stick spray. Place tortillas chicken-side down and smash/press down on them really well! The juices from the chicken should seep out a little bit, this will get your tortilla nice and crispy. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip and add mozzarella cheese to the chicken side which is now faceup. Cook for 2-3 more minutes until chicken is cooked through. Once your tacos are cooked, remove them from the skillet/pan/griddle, lay the chicken side face up and top with greens and warm marinara sauce. Add a bit more parmesan cheese, if desired and enjoy! . Enjoy, friends!

This week's SociEATy member of the week is ➡️ Alexis! . Like many people she felt like she tried eeeeverything to finally feel at peace and in control around food. But it wasn't until she added structure to her non-diet journey that she actually achieved it. . "But... isn't having structure counter intuitive to, well, being intuitive?" 🧐 . No! ➡️ It's actually suuuuper helpful! The thing is in order to get to a place of being intuitive we need to learn HOW. And having some guidance and structure getting there is incredibly helpful. . The structure that everyone follows will be a bit different based on your unique needs and struggles. Over eaters will be different than those who restrict, for example. So having a customized plan is key! . You can snag a free customized intuitive eating plan and get started with it at the link in my bio and find your own unique version of food freedom, just like Alexis did! 💕
