Teremana Cranberry Margarita (Single Serve):
1 ½ oz
@teremana Blanco Tequila
2 oz Pure Cranberry Juice
1 oz Lime Freshly Squeezed
1 oz Orange Liqueur or Triple Sec
1 oz Agave Syrup
Ice cubes with rosemary and real cranberries for garnish
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Pour into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with fresh rosemary, and sugar dusted real cranberries.
The Rock’s French Toast (My Version):
Preheat oven to 350
In a medium saucepan, mix together 1.5oz of
@teremana tequila, 1/4 cup maple syrup and allow to reduce. Add 1 cup coconut flakes and mix until coated. Add these to a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until crispy.
In a medium saucepan, mix together 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1/4 cup maple syrup, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract until it begins to bubble. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl, whisk together 3 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon. Dip 2 thick-cut brioche loaves into mixture until well coated.
Heat a skillet or flat top with extra butter and cook toast on all sides until browned.
Take a piece of toast, lather with peanut butter, top with another piece of toast, lather with peanut butter, top with fresh whipped cream, toasted coconut flakes, and peanut butter syrup!
