It has been a long time coming the reopen our little baby @tou_london . We’ve always knew we would open again but fine tuning was necessary so we took our time until we came up with a format that we think complements the sando really well. Sando ❌ Pet-Nats. Also super happy we managed to secure a great location in Borough and now can share it with you! Week 04 ✅ It’s been a week since our @tsts_chefs_table takeover and it was emotional for us, we really enjoyed being there and cooking again. Working with @bogger_chef was an absolute pleasure, @nevervoteforme thank you for bringing the vibe to every service! On monday we had @niall_davidson in the house, @nunoviajante paid us a quick visit, we changed the tartlet to a fish jelly and made smashed burgers for family meal ❤️ This week we are are preparing another project and will share soon 🙈

Week 03 ✅ It was just the 3 of us this week @ana_357 @zijun_meng @bogger_chef in the kitchen and we smashed it 😝😝😝 @nevervoteforme finally didn’t complain about our timings 🤣 We changed the veg dish to a beautiful stuffed courgette flower from @namayasaifarm with the burnt aubergine inside and added more elements to the dish 🌼🖤 Week 04 and final 😭 is just around the corner and we look forward to receiving @niall_davidson on monday ❤️ We still have a few seats for the 8:45pm slots for the final week - you can book via our bio or directly with @resy Monday to Wednesday 6:30 and 8:45pm TĀ TĀ Eatery at The Sea, The Sea 337 Acton Mews E8 4EA

Week 02 done ✅ Another great week, with guest chef appearance @chefcalum for an amazing collaborative dinner where we bounced of each other’s ideas and created something fun with some unexpected details. This London breeze got us thinking of Summer again. Here a few pictures from our trip to the Açores islands. We have been in São Miguel before but this time we visited Pico and Terceira and it’s a whole different vibe, they are lot less touristic and a lot more raw. Nature in Pico was unbelievable and people are kind and welcoming. We did so many dives in cristal clear water, escaped a few Portuguese man’o war swarms, saw whales, dolphins, tried some fish species for the first time, had some of the best fruit of all times and the list goes on! It was just 🤯
