True story: I showed up to Olympia’s first soccer practice. And she was so nervous she would NOT leave my side. So they needed volunteers to be assistant coaches. So now, I am an assistant coach (when I can) and clearly I was not prepared. I just went to chill and left looking like this. At least I have a @Lincoln to get us to soccer practice! Modern day soccer mom. Maybe I’ll call up @weareangelcity …
I will remember this trip forever. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my family these last few weeks @newyorkpalace . You will always hold a special place in my heart 💙
@serena dress coming soon!
Wherever you are on your journey, always remember to enjoy it. Tennis has always been my first love and I’m happy to relive these joyous memories with @MichelobUltra . Here’s to continuing to leave a legacy to remember.
Serena Williams has already had a busy month, from playing her last US Open game ever before her retirement to a packed #NYFW schedule that ended with a front row seat at Michael Kors.
“Being comfortable is very important, but not high on anyone’s list [during fashion week],” Williams tells BAZAAR of the hot pink @michaelkors suit she chose for the occasion. “Michael Kors was one of the shows that I went to where I was actually comfortable.”
At the link in bio, Williams tells us all about getting ready for the show, picking out the “perfect outfit,” and experiencing a fashion week she’ll never forget.
I wanted to find the perfect way to say this, as you so eloquently put this game to rest - perfectly done, just like your career. I have always looked up to you and admired you. Our paths were always so similar, so much the same. You inspired countless millions and millions of people - including me - and we will never forget. I applaud you and look forward to all that you do in the future. Welcome to the retirement club. And thank you for being you @rogerfederer
