CIABATTA- Whole Wheat - Rye Sourdough Bread & Loaf.
Having missed my mentor’s Ciabatta workshop, ( was traveling ) decided to make it with a portion of dough prepared for a Loaf.
CIABATTA Bread originated from Italy 🇮🇹 made mostly with Whole Wheat flour water Salt & leavening agent.
Since I was making a loaf had added fat and just tried out a portion of the high hydration dough for Ciabatta.
