Pizza steering is the intermediate Stage between snowplough🍕 and parallel turns

Try parallel Skiing ⛷️ for your first time
- start in your alpine basic position
- start the turn with an up / forward movement and simultaneously stem your uphill ski out into a pizza 🍕
- The skis ⛷️ drift towards the fall line while the body stays in a neutral position
- Around the fall line , weight is shifting to the outside ski and bend your skis inside to edge your skis
- lean with your upper body to the valley to get more pressure on your outside ski
- if you feel the pressure on your outside ski you can lift up your uphill ski and bring them into a parallel ski position ( depending on the situation )
- We are now in the alpine basic position and steer our turn to the next turn 😜
