How do you feel about flowers in the vase? Do you think they should stay in soil or it’s OK to cut them? #flowerlife #flowers #beauty

On my way. Today I’m visiting new place @koirestaurants . As they say, expectation can ruin your experience. The place presents itself as a luxury place. We had to make reservation a week before. So I expect something really high level. I’ll make it short. Dessert was amazing. Lava cake and caramel pear both were delicious! From four different dishes I had to try only one was good lobster taco. I mean the taste. The presentation was good in all the dishes they served! But something realy broke my heart! When me and my friend saw a beautifully presented Sea-bass was calming (see pics in reel) we expected forks and knives with it. But… Expectations. My friend decided to ask for a fork. I decided to eat with chopsticks. A waiter brought the fork holding it in his hand. No napkin. And he didn’t bring knife. Just the fork. Later when they served dessert, it happened again. The waiter brought plates and teaspoons. The teaspoons he was holding in his hands (no napkin). He placed the plates in front of us and put the spoons on the plates not next to the plates. Which I don’t think is appropriate, especially in luxurious place like Koi. ❤️ #restaurants #places #LosAngeles #wheretogo #luxurydining

Gorgeous piece of Huntington library garden. Part 1. Encompassing about 130 acres, the Botanical Gardens feature living collections in 16 stunning themed gardens with more than 83,000 living plants, including rare and endangered species, and a laboratory for botanical conservation and research. In 1903, Henry E. Huntington (1850–1927) purchased the San Marino Ranch, a working ranch about 12 miles from downtown Los Angeles with citrus groves, nut and fruit orchards, alfalfa crops, a small herd of cows, and poultry. His superintendent, William Hertrich (1878–1966), was instrumental in developing the various plant collections that make up the foundation of The Huntington’s Botanical Gardens. The property—originally nearly 600 acres—today covers 207 acres, 130 of which are open to visitors. See more in my next posts and reels. 🥰🙏 #garden #botanicalgarden #huntingtonlibrary #pasadena #losangeles #places #tourism #placestovisit #travelphotography #travel #beaity #nature
