To commemorate his late pet antelope Lilly, Noah Shadowen ’25, Illustration, constructed this indirect movement system in Derek Faust’s Wooden Automaton course. Noah plans to send the project as a gift to his grandparents to memorialize Lilly.
Ringling College students, faculty, and an alum spent the College’s spring break learning the art of reconstruction as they brought skulls from active and cold cases back to life with clay. Guided by forensic artist Joe Mullins, the class recreated the faces of real victims through a process called facial approximation.

“Impact: Contemporary Artists at the Hermitage Artist Retreat” explores the work of 10 artists and the impact that their residencies at the Hermitage have had on their work. Each of the works shares a collective desire to explore and reveal the way art represents and impacts the world around us.
The exhibition includes works by: Diana Al-Hadid, Sanford Biggers, Chitra Ganesh, Todd Gray, Trenton Doyle Hancock, Michelle Lopez, Ted Riederer, John Sims, Kukuli Velarde, and William Villalongo.

“Ser Mujer-Performance Piece,” consists of unconventional jewelry used as a commentary on the performative aspect of being a woman.
Shreya Kadukar ‘25, Game Art
“Biome,” is a semester-long project worked on across three different classes. The preproduction and 2D concept were made in the Visual Development class. 3D visuals were developed in the 3D class, and the programming was created in the Game Design class.

The American Advertising Awards is the industry’s largest and most widely recognized competition, with nearly 35,000 submissions yearly. The awards are given at three stages: local, district, and national. This year, the local ADDYs were held at the College's soundstages.
