Junior classes are back for Term 2 this Monday 15th April.
Monday 5:30pm NoGi (8 yrs and up)
Tuesday 5:30pm Gi (7 yrs and up - suitable for trial class)
Thursday 5:30pm Gi (7 yrs and up - suitable for trial class)
Friday 5:00pm Gi Teen/Advanced
Saturday 10:00am Gi (7 yrs and up - suitable for trial class)
Saturday rolls....we train pretty hard at 11am in the NoGi intermediate/advanced session but there is always smiles and sometimes chocolate. For those just starting out we have the 12:30pm Saturday NoGi (ideal for a trial class and white belts looking to improve their technique). The real question is did Harry steal all of Stew’s chocolate reward? 🤼🤼🤼🤼
