I’m identifying the companies above who produce the paint that I use in this reel, in particular
@langridgeartistcolours is being highlighted
They were kind enough to send me several tubes of their oil paint so that I could experience it
They’re not easily purchased here in the United States, because they’re located in Australia, so I really do thank them for their generosity.
We are always seeing that some pigments are stronger while others are weaker. This is always happening no matter what
Mixing any two oil paints together is a valid option, understanding paints qualities is more significant
Again, sometimes a pigment can be weaker or stronger, depending on what it’s mixed with
The cerulean blue is a powerful pigment in comparison, to all the other colors
White always has the power to lower chroma, while also raising lightness
Lastly, there is nothing wrong with the video that I recorded and edited, I always use natural light for these mashups and the cell phone that I use reacts as it’s programming interprets colors and light conditions that are changing
It was very interesting to see how the phone adjusts for my hand coming into view or leaving from view
The resulting mixtures were really beautiful and diverse in their outcome, I hope you enjoyed it also
