Our instructors are constantly working to expand their knowledge and understanding of Pilates, various conditions and movements, so that they can pass on that knowledge to you in group and private classes 🍑🧡🍑 (it’s also one of the reasons why they’re at times away from the schedule throughout the year)~ it’s not just any other Pilates class, it’s an Off Duty class taught by certified instructors 😉#offdutypilates

✨We do Pilates because we want to live strong and age well (though looking and feeling good is always a plus!), which is why we emphasise so much on a good and solid foundation. Our beginner classes are broken down into two class types: Basic I and Basic II, so you can start your Pilates journey right and keep going strong for a long time.

So much good for my body, mind and soul since I started reformer pilates 🍑, it’s been the best complement to my workouts.
Some people may have the misconception that it’s chill but it’s actually really challenging. It builds a lot of core strength and tones my body, all while keeping it low impact.
As most of you may already know, I absolutely loveeeeee the classes and studios at @offdutypilates ! The instructors are great and you def get a good burn 🔥 after each class.
