Exploring new shapes on the chair with

When we first think of chair yoga, we think it's for the elderly with knee problems who find it difficult to sit on the floor. But now, teachers are creative. They come up with all sorts of variations. The stretch feeling is different on a chair and I find it a really useful prop. This is the first time I am balancing on a chair. I haven't been to class so regularly bec of my LLB course. So it was very exhilarating when the new teacher asked me to try this. Always nice to be challenged although I think my body is not seasoned after the break and I would have wanted to get back to it slowly. But hey, just do it, man.
