7 Top SELF CARE tips for better manifesting.
🍱 Healthy food intake.
This doesn’t mean a strict diet but no processed foods. Dark chocolate, animal fat is good for you. Stay away from take out food.
🏃♀️ Regular exercise
You don’t have to go overboard and reinvent yourself but regular walks, gym, classes, cycling. Exercise releases such amazing endorphins that your body needs.
🧘♀️ Mediation practice
This can be difficult for some and overwhelming because of the space that meditation gives you. I would recommend guided meditation to fall to sleep to and 20 mins on awaking while still in bed. When starting and ending your day with meditation you will see the biggest changes in your life.
🫧 Clean spiritual health
Keep your body clean of spiritually unclean people. Cleanse the energy of your home regularly and pray everyday in a way that feels comfortable to you.
💭 Mindfulness
Watch your thoughts. Your thoughts are not you. They are your parents, friends, the news. Your thoughts are not real. Me mindful of how you think about yourself, how you talk to yourself. You should treat yourself like you would your best friend.
❤️🩹 Purposeful healing
Healing includes, inner child work, shadow work, exploration of self. Your healing journey will be the most important journey you ever make in your life.
