POV is everything. When we set out to create a Martini, we desired a cocktail that speaks clearly and with intention. Created by @momose_julia and inspired by the changing of the seasons, our Martini is a stunning expression of one of the drinking world’s most prized creations. It’s base is a custom Yuzu Gin distilled in-house with notes of Sakura, Hojicha, and Red Sansho berries. The bespoke dry vermouth blend from @littlecityvermouth carries notes of Ginger, Angelica, and Hyssop. And the zest? Yuzu from Shikoku Iand in Japan.
