Stock up on seafood for the holidays ✨ Sat, Dec 16th is the last day we’re open for retail at the Locker for 2023. 🦐 Price drop on prawns 🦐 Load up your freezers! Our 1 lb packs of local BC spot prawn tails are frozen at sea in salt water. Simply let them thaw, put on a pan with butter and white wine and they add a delicious savoury protein to any pasta or salad. They also taste great with @chili.p.sauce 😋 Available at the Locker and online for delivery/ pickup.

Last week we had the opportunity to create a unique experience for the closing party of the Frontier Summit ✨ This is the second time we worked with Frontier Collective to design a Pacific Northwest dinner in a unique Vancouver setting for the closing party of their Frontier Summit conference. Their team leads over 100 global and local leaders through inspiring experiences and provocative talks to generate connections and opportunities for Vancouver's frontier technology economy. We are grateful they created this platform to showcase local businesses and celebrate local food and art. Last week we had the pleasure of creating the menu for Vol.3 @pass_thepeas 💫 at @janakilarsen studio. Our culinary director and chef @paigemanzie created dishes using our quality seafood with fall flavours in mind. A huge thank you to all of our contributors and creative team members who bring events like these to life.
