Yesterday we continued our #WomensHistoryMonth celebration with a special Fireside Chat with Ayesha Molino, President & COO of @ARIALV Resort & Casino, @VdaraLasVegas and Chief Public Affairs Officer. The discussion was guided by Rhoda Hassad, Manager of Supplier Inclusion at MGM Resorts and Chair of the Professional Women’s Employee Network Group.
This engaging conversation explored Ayesha’s dynamic career journey, from her influential role in International Trade policy within the federal government, her time in the U.S. Senate serving under the late Harry Reid, to the unique dual role she currently holds at MGM Resorts International.
This event highlights MGM Resorts’ dedication to celebrating the impact that women leaders have across our organization and reinforces our unwavering commitment to gender equity both within the workplace and the wider community.
